This spacious two bedroom apartment offers a master suite with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room and a twin room with family shower room. Access to the dining terrace, with its harbour and sea views, is from the lounge and also from the master bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers high-speed fibre optic internet access. It has double glazing throughout. The air conditioned lounge area has two comfortable sofas and the dining area is next to the kitchen, with space for four people. The television offeres interentational television channels such as Sky and also recent films and series. The kitchen has a washing machine, diswasher, and plenty of crokery. Walking out from the lounge to the dining terrace, with its four chair and large table, you have wonderful views through the yacht masts to the Mediteranean sea. The apartment has two recently reformed shower rooms with rain shower heads. Parking is within the urbanisation and is on a first come, first served basis. Do note that this apartment does not have a lift and we do not believe it is suitable for children in pushchairs, due to the steps.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid six weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance but only to a maximum of 1000 per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500 notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25 booking fee. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30 is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50 for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
