This is a very comfortable apartment which is located in the lower level of this lovely shared villa in Estepona - just 2 KM away from the beach and 2.5 KM away from the town centre. The apartment is clean, provides air conditioning, has Sky TV and wireless ADSL. The master bedroom looks out over the garden, while the twin bedroom looks out to the side of the property. The villa provides well kept gardens, a good sized pool (9x4.5 metres) ,a 6 person luxury jacuzzi, and stunning cheringito (beach bar/outside dining room type room). The villa also has a lovely citrus fruit grove where you may help yourself to fresh oranges, lemons, avocados etc. (when in season). There are also several chickens roaming around (you may help yourself to fresh eggs if you wish). This property is certainly a super place to stay and relax by the pool or just find a place to sit and relax. It allows you to enjoy the facilities of a large villa without the expense. The owners of this villalive alone in the upper level of this property. They have two pet cats. The old office from where the owners used to run their business is also located in the same property. Guests staying at the villa are made very welcome and are left to come and go as they please and can use all the facilities as they wish. If you are considering a stay in this property, then you must be prepared to be greeted by cats from time to time. Yuo are always made very welcome.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
