The lounge has comfortable seating for two guests and a flatscreen TV that includes a wide package of international channels including Sky, from the lounge area we have access to the large balcony with an additional dining area for four guests and it has views to the centric and quiet street. The modern master bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and there is a baby bed for the third bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned for cooling and heating and it is also equipped with a fiber optic high internet connection for your use. The apartment is located within a quiet complex next to the popular promenade of Estepona, the main beach of Playa de la Rada is only a two minute walk while the old town and the port area are close by. Street parking is only available just outside the building. All in all, a lovely property for a relaxed holiday in a quiet environment next to bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a walking distance which makes this the perfect option for a family holiday next to the beach in Estepona town.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
